Training training training is something this company cares nothing about especially said obese women. Watch out for this group of people and the company itself. This all happened at the Madison location. Manager listens to said large woman and forces you out and you will be forced to quit like me or you will be fired. If you don't one of the more larger and extremely obese employees who has been there about 7 years will talk to manager and denigrate you and say you are untrainable and useless. They expect you to know everything within 2 or 3 weeks from starting the job. The 6 month promised training time was in reality a couple of weeks. Gossipy, no training, people constantly saying G*****it, manager listens to and gossips with non managers. They make it seem like the best place to work during the interview process but once you get hired you find out is horrible.
